# XARA CITY

Xara sat in his drone on high-ground where the river flows into the sea – what an ideal place to build a city…. A City with an exciting and prosperous future, where like-minded people could live and play, where they can escape from real-world challenges and constraints. A City to create wealth. A City superior to any real-world city; Xara City.

Communities from around the world are on a journey through the Xaraverse to become citizens of Xara City. Deeply routed in each members heritage is a vast amount of skill and knowledge, that will be garnered to build the City and a thriving digital economy.

Upon reaching Xara City, each member will be assigned to one of 5 tribes. Each tribe will work as a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) to build the cities infrastructure by securing Land Sites and Buildings to create hyper-realistic virtual living spaces, recreational activities, retail facilities, educational institutions and many more virtual experiences.

Every quarter, on voting day, the tribe with the highest net worth will be voted in as the Head City Council and receive additional XARA tokens and discounts into Virtual Experiences through the Xaraverse.

Become a Metaverse Property Tycoon and build your property portfolio by securing Xara City Land Site and Building NFTs, stake your NFTs to earn XARA Utility tokens as a staking reward. Receive 50, 75 or 100 Key Token Airdropped to your wallet for each Land Sites and Building NFT combo that is staked for 90 Days. Key Tokens can be traded on the Xara City Exchange or upgraded to VR NFTs & Virtual Apartments to sell or rent out via the Xara City Market Place.

Participants can spend XARA earned in-game on a variety of Virtual Experiences in the Xaraverse (Metaverse) or bid, buy sell, auction or rent NFTs, Tokenized Assets or Virtual Apartments via the Xara City Market Place. Alternatively Participants can utilize the Xara City Exchange tool to Swap USDC for XARA to spend in game. &#x20;
